Lee Kang-in, who scored three goals and provided two assists in the Tunisia-Vietnam A match, is enjoying incredible popularity in the French Ligue 1.
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) journalist Abdella Bulma reported on his social media account on Nov. 19 (KST) that Lee has become the club’s most-sold player.
He added that Lee was just ahead of world-class striker Kylian Mbappe. This shows how much Lee is loved by PSG fans.
Since joining PSG, Lee has been the center of attention. The club signed him to a contract until 2028, and he was the official face of the club’s jersey when it was unveiled.
PSG also decided to organize an Asian tour to South Korea after his arrival. It was a move to capitalize on Lee’s presence in the Asian market, and it paid off in jersey sales.
Lee has been out of action for a while due to a preseason injury, but he recently won a gold medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou and played well in two A-Match matches.
We’ll see him leading PSG’s attack in Ligue 1, which resumes immediately after the A-Match period ends. 먹튀검증
Lee will now return to PSG after the A-Match. The first match after the league resumes will be a home game against Strasbourg in Ligue 1 Round 9 of the 2023-24 season on Nov. 22.
PSG had four wins, three draws, and one loss in eight games before the break, leaving them in third place with 15 points. The gap to first-place AS Monaco is two points.
